ubtan body scrub ~ after {massage}
.all doshas.
1 cup gram flour ~ chana besan
1/2 tsp. turmeric * 2 tbsp. ground mustard * 2 tbsp. crushed fresh coriander leaves*
3 tbsp. rose water
leave on for 10-15 minutes. rinse. follow with abhyanga oil.
vata ~ combine with 1/2 - 2/3 cup ghee.
pita ~ combine with 1/2 cuporange juice & 1/2 cup water.
